Platform Compliance

Bloomwire reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in prohibited, fraudulent, misleading, or policy-violating activities.

Failure to complete payments may result in service interruptions, account restrictions, or suspension.

Service suspension may occur without prior notice in cases involving abuse, fraudulent activity, security threats, spam-related activity, or actions impacting platform reliability.

Termination of services does not remove outstanding financial obligations or liabilities incurred prior to account closure.

Bloomwire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or interruption of the services.

While we strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability across all networks, carriers, third-party integrations, or external platforms.

Users acknowledge that delivery speeds, message routing, platform approvals, and external provider availability may vary.
